나는 새로운 작업 그리고 내가 좋아하는 작업을 하고 싶다.

나는 그림보다 수학이 좋다

수학은 그림이 될 수 있을까?

좌우대칭, 상하 대칭, 45도 대칭.

수학적 관점에서 원과 정다각형은 가장 완벽한 구조를 가진다.

그 안에는 단순함과 질서, 그리고 미묘한 균형이 있다.

그중에서도 나는 원과 정사각형에 끌렸다.

가장 기본적인 형태이지만, 그 안에는 무한한 가능성과 질서가 숨어 있다.

하나의 점이 선이 되고, 선이 면이 되고, 면이 공간을 만든다.

그 과정은 수학의 논리이자 동시에 예술의 감각이다.

나는 계산된 질서 속에서 감각이 피어나는 순간을 찾는다.

기하학적 규칙과 반복 속에서 균형을 탐구하고,

그 안의 미묘한 흔들림을 포착하고 싶다.

내게 있어 작업은 수학이 감각으로 번역되는 과정이며,

그 안에서 ‘그림이 될 수 있는 수학’을 계속 실험하고 있다.
